Artist's Comments
I really learned tons about Maya, making this. Took me long enough too. There are many details I´m not too happy with here, but it seems they´re like that greek hydra thingy. Whenever i fix something, two more eyesores appear. Theres a couple of things I AM (humbly) satisfied with though. The barbed wire for one thing, oh and the tiretracks (yes thats wat they are) on the thigh and back, wich happened totally by chance, when i pulled the UV-shell so it overlapped the tail. I could of course have improved them by making a separate image, wich could have looked like tiretracks, but (--note to self, enter some excuse here, or ppl will suspect Im lazy--), so thats why I didnt....
Inspiration came from looking at tonnes (do they really have a mass?) of galleries of 3Dstuff and comic-art here at DA, but I'm gonna mention  she's a given, oh and  Sickan sez: go check out their galleries right NOW!!! |
